The honest note
Site visits and design work run within roughly 25 miles of South Phoenix. Deposits and milestone invoices are settled by card or bank transfer — never a signature before you’ve seen the drawings.

Photos of the yard as it is now
Every corner, in morning and afternoon light if you can. We read where the shade falls and where the summer runoff goes before we draw a single line.

A rough, honest budget
A range is plenty. It tells us whether we’re drawing a gravel garden and a few trees or a full patio, ramada, and drip system — and keeps the estimate real.

The corner you already love
An old citrus tree, a shaded side yard, a view you keep. We build outward from what’s already working rather than starting from a blank lot.

Anything that must stay or go
A lawn you’re done watering, a wall you’d rather hide, a spot for the dogs. Tell us early and it’s on the plan from the first sketch.
